Before you shoot
One phone is all you need. Two makes it even easier.
Position your phone so onTrak can see the full playing surface and all six pockets. A stable overhead or raised angle with good lighting gives the best results.
Want to keep your recording phone fixed in place? Use Remote Camera with a second device. One films the table while the other gives you full control of onTrak from beside the table.
Calibration
A quick setup so onTrak knows exactly where you're playing.
Line up the six calibration markers with your table's pockets, choose your table size and sample the cloth colour. This gives onTrak an accurate map of your playing surface for shot tracking and scoring.
Once you're happy, tap DONE. Your calibration is saved on the device, so you won't need to set it up again every time you practice.

Set up. Tap GO. Play your shot.
Place the balls as shown, choose your get-ready time and tap GO. onTrak counts you in and records the attempt while you concentrate on playing the shot.
When you're finished, your attempt is automatically sent for analysis — no manual scoring and no stopping to enter results.
